Dr. Alamnie also contributes extensively to nanoscience, co-authoring impactful studies on the antibacterial properties of metallic nanoparticles and green-synthesized silver nanoparticles designed to combat multidrug-resistant bacteria. His research further extends to agricultural biotechnology, especially the use of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing to enhance crop resilience against abiotic stress. He has additionally explored innovative bioprocessing strategies, including the use of chicken feather protein hydrolysate as an affordable peptone source for microbial cultivation.
